About the Digest

The Montana Civil Law Digest provides monthly reports of new civil court filings in six Montana district courts.

The reports are emailed to subscribers on the first Thursday of the month. The report includes all new civil complaints filed in Flathead, Lake, Lincoln, Sanders and Glacier counties. The complaints related to the briefs in the report are available for download at montanalawdigest.com.

Cost for the report is $49 monthly.

More courts are added monthly so be sure to check back with us, or email us with your request at editor@montanaliving.com.
